We appreciate your interest in Orthopaedic Associates of St. Augustine (OASA) as a prospective sponsor for your charity event and look forward to reviewing your sponsorship proposal. At OASA, community involvement is an important cornerstone of our corporate culture. OASA is a company comprised of caring individuals dedicated to serving our community and our commitment to corporate citizenship is growing. From coaching ball teams to donating personal time to participate in local fund-raising events, supporting the area in which we live is something we all feel quite strongly about.
Every year we receive hundreds of proposals for a wide range of programs and events. We are happy there are so many organizations working to make a difference in our community; however, we remain focused on those programs that align with our overall Practice goals.
In order to accurately and fairly process all of the requests for community support that we receive each year, we now require all requests be submitted through our online application system. Only proposals that meet specific guidelines, and further OASA’s goals and objectives, will be considered. Any applications that are sent in via fax, mail, or dropped off cannot be considered.
OASA’s sponsorship committee meets monthly to review and award the sponsorships. We require a minimum of 60 days before the event for submittal; however, the more lead time provided between the submission of a sponsorship request and the deadline for inclusion, the better the chances will be that we will be able to participate. OASA receives many requests for community support throughout the year for a variety of sponsorships and unfortunately, we are not able to support all of the requests.
Parties who have submitted via our application system will receive written notice either via e-mail or by letter of the committee’s decision.
