Our North Florida Orthopaedic Practice
Orthopaedic Associates of St. Augustine was formed when Dr. Albert Volk joined his Practice with another provider in 1999. Orthopaedic Associates of St. Augustine is Independently and Privately Owned. Dr. Volk specializes in sports medicine and arthroscopic shoulder surgery.
Dr. Kurtis Hort, who specializes in disorders of the foot and ankle, joined in 2001. A new state-of-the-art facility was completed in September of 2004.
In 2010 the team of surgeons expanded to include Dr. Sina Kasraeian, who in addition, to arthroscopy, specializes in sports medicine. The most recent additions are Dr. Paul Roettges, a joint specialist and Dr. Alexander Lampley, who specializes in disorders of the hand, wrist and elbow, joined the group in 2019.
Rounding out the team is Dr. Casey McClone, a fellowship-trained primary care sports medicine physician who joined the Practice in 2012.

The practice continues to expand and opened an additional office in the northern St. Johns County / Jacksonville area, conveniently located on County Road 210. The group continues to add more providers and services in order to provide multi-specialty orthopaedic care for the entire body. The expansion of the practice allows us to better meet the growing needs of our patients.
