Accepted Insurance

At Orthopaedic Associates of St. Augustine we participate in most major commercial insurance plans, including many PPOs and HMOs.  We also accept Medicare, Workers’ Compensation and Auto Accident Insurance.  It is our recommendation to prospective patients to check with your insurance company to confirm that the OASA physician you would like to see is on your plan and review your benefits.

We will make every effort to assist you with your insurance claims and in most cases file electronically to your insurance company.

Pay Your Bill by Phone

If you would like to make a credit card payment by phone, please call our Patient Account Representative at 904-209-1027. We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.   We also accept CareCredit. To apply for CareCredit, please visit their website at www.carecredit.com.

For the health and safety of our patients and our staff, effective 01/01/2021 we are unable to accept cash for payment at our St. Augustine or CR210 locations. We are accepting Checks and Credit Cards only.
