Responsible to: Clinical Manager

Job Summary: Schedule surgeries and pre-operative tests. Counsel patients about their financial responsibilities prior to surgery. Act as a liaison between physician, patient, and hospital or surgery center.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma required
• Medical terminology
• Minimum of eighteen months experience working in physician group practice
• Ability to perform multiple and diverse tasks simultaneously
• Previous surgery scheduling a priority
